SYNergy ScienTech Corp. and C-LiFe Technologies, Inc. Sign Letter of Intent (LOI) for Battery Cell Contract Manufacturing Collaboration, Jointly Building Taiwan's Battery Cell Production Capability

SYNergy ScienTech Corp. ("SYNergy") and C-LiFe Technologies, Inc. ("C-LiFe") have officially signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for battery cell contract manufacturing collaboration, establishing a long-term strategic partnership.

Moving forward, the two companies will leverage their respective strengths and resources in battery cell formulation development, battery manufacturing process optimization for mass production, medium- and large-format stacked-cell technologies, battery production management in Taiwan, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries, and energy storage products.

Together, they aim to establish pouch-type lithium battery manufacturing capacity in Taiwan and strengthen the domestic battery supply chain. In the initial phase, Lithium Cobalt Oxide (LCO) and Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (NMC) batteries will serve as the primary product lines, with commercial mass production targeted to commence by the end of March 2027.

SYNergy and C-LiFe Strategic Partnership

Pursuant to the LOI, SYNergy will invest in the equipment required for battery cell production and provide comprehensive manufacturing know-how, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical training, and on-site operational support through its engineering and management teams. C-LiFe will be responsible for providing manufacturing facilities, utility systems, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) infrastructure, as well as overseeing production operations and quality management. Through this collaboration, both parties aim to establish a reliable and scalable battery cell manufacturing platform in Taiwan, achieving economies of scale while enhancing the resilience and competitiveness of the local battery supply chain.

SYNergy stated that amid accelerating global supply chain restructuring and rising demand for China+1 sourcing strategies, the high-performance lithium battery industry is increasingly shifting toward regionalized and localized manufacturing models. Through this partnership, SYNergy and C-LiFe will jointly develop localized battery cell production capacity in Taiwan to meet international customers' requirements for supply chain resilience, product quality, and stable delivery performance.

The collaboration will also enable SYNergy to address growing demand in unmanned vehicle applications and emerging physical AI-related use cases, while capturing opportunities in the medium- and large-format non-consumer stacked pouch-cell battery market. This initiative represents SYNergy's first step toward expanding its global manufacturing partnership strategy. The Company will continue to strengthen its positioning and pursue new opportunities arising from the sustained growth of the global high-performance battery industry.

For years, C-LiFe has been engaged in the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery and energy products sector, with extensive experience in battery product development, manufacturing, and commercialization. The Company has developed strong capabilities in battery manufacturing management, quality system implementation, and industrial applications, forming a solid operational foundation for large-scale production. This foundation is expected to support the acceleration of battery cell mass production in Taiwan under the collaboration.

Both parties stated that future cooperation will not be limited to SYNergy's battery cell manufacturing activities. They will continue to evaluate additional collaboration opportunities under a strategic alliance framework. Such opportunities may include advanced battery cell development and manufacturing, promotion of LFP batteries, as well as energy storage products and related market expansion initiatives.
